Having possessed cats since the dawning of time and not being mad about dogs I am even surprising myself by sending in this rottweiler tale.

We have been wedded for nearly 30 years now and have owned every type of dog possible. Our pooch of selection was a rottweiler dog but when we had children we never seemd to have enough money left over to afford one.

I was given a Worker's Comp settlement a year ago this past December and opted to buy a rotweiler.

From the beginning one of our rottweilers Sandy sat in the front seat with Stephen so he could get used to the truck as the long jaunts ahead on the road would be a lot harder than the shorter ones.

"Stephen," as he was referred to when talking to Sandy, decided it was too hard bringing a young dog out with him, so she finished up staying home.

Now that one of our rottweiler puppies Sandy spends the the bulk of the day at home he gets delirious when he sees Stephen at the end of the week. As any dog owner knows, they seem to go nuts very easily .

One thing that we ne'er coached her to do, but she picked up on her own is, when Stephen goes in the sitting room to sit down and unlax, one of us will say, "Sandy, give Stephen big kisses," and she'll climb up on the top of the couch, run down to him, then jump down on his chest to clout his face..

You should look what Sandy does when other people arrive over to the house. Her party trick is to veil behind the sofa then chute out when they are least awaiting it. There are lots more but I will leave those to another day.
